Following a successful commercial pilot, Aeon and [**Terra Industries**](https://terraindustries.co/?utm%5Fsource=gemini) have formed a strategic joint venture to co-execute contracts across the Global South, combining Terra's physical asset protection with Aeon's digital cyber defense layer.

With initial pilots underway across Nigerian financial institutions and cloud providers, Aeon will deploy the seed proceeds to refine its product architecture, scale its engineering team, and convert active pilots into commercial deployments.
