- Immediate Access: Upon completing a subscription purchase, you are granted immediate, unhindered access to proprietary market intelligence, archives, and subscriber-only content. Consequently, we cannot offer partial or full refunds once access has been provisioned.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or recurring membership at any time to prevent future automatic renewals.

- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain active access to your subscription benefits until the conclusion of your current, already-paid billing cycle. No further charges will be processed following a successful cancellation.
3. Exceptional Circumstances & Billing Errors
While our standard policy is non-refundable, we evaluate exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis:
- Duplicate Charges or Technical Errors: If you experience a verified billing error, accidental duplicate transaction, or technical failure preventing access to your account, please contact us immediately.
- Resolution: If a refund or account credit is granted under these specific circumstances, it will be processed using the original method of payment within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or change subscription pricing, membership tiers, or available data products at any time. Any price changes or adjustments to recurring billing will be communicated to active subscribers prior to their next renewal cycle.
