The transaction is designed to scale operational liquidity and enhance processing and warehousing infrastructure for the fast-growing Nigerian agribusiness.

## Capital Allocation and Supply Chain Impact

The $650,000 credit facility is structured across two primary tranches:

- **Working Capital ($400,000):** Allocated to expand seasonal commodity procurement volumes and support day-to-day operations.
- **Capital Expenditure ($250,000):** Dedicated to procuring equipment and upgrading aggregation and processing infrastructure.

Incorporated in 2021 with roots dating back to 2018, [Noma](https://www.linkedin.com/company/nomaservice/?ref=africainvestorreview.com) specializes in aggregating and processing staple food crops, including rice, maize, sorghum, and beans, sourced from a network of over 11,000 smallholder farmers. The company operates central hubs across Mabushi, Niger, and Kaduna, alongside regional distribution points in Kano and Jigawa, supplying major fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) corporations.
