## Operational Footprint & Payment Rails Integration

The strategic acquisition integrates local payment rails and real-time settlement infrastructure across South America:

- **Local Payment Integration:** Adds local collections and disbursements in Brazilian reais (BRL), including direct integration with Brazil's instant payment network, Pix.
- **Treasury & Liquidity Operations:** Combines GoMoney's local BRL settlement capabilities with Yellow Card’s established stablecoin treasury and liquidity services across its existing markets in Africa and globally.
- **Corporate Structure:** GoMoney, founded in 2018, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Yellow Card under the ongoing leadership of its founding executive team.

## Market Expansion & Regulatory Momentum

The expansion leverages surging commercial demand for stablecoins across major emerging market corridors:

- **Regional Market Scale:** Brazil recorded $252.5 billion in cryptocurrency volume between July 2025 and June 2026, making it Latin America’s largest market. Stablecoin activity in Brazil grew by 495% during the 2024–2026 comparison period, driven by corporate cross-border payments and treasury management.
- **Capital & Licensing Footprint:** The acquisition follows Yellow Card's $40 million equity raise in August 2026, backed by strategic investors including Standard Chartered Bank and Sony, alongside recent regulatory licenses and registrations across Canada, Switzerland, Nigeria, Ghana, and Zimbabwe.
